Marco, in short.

I coach executives, athletes, and ambitious amateurs who are tired of training without a plan. Together we build the strength, conditioning, and habits that hold up under pressure.

I came up through professional sport and now work out of a private studio in Milan and a small online roster. Every programme is written for one person, not assembled from a template.

Assessment

A 60-minute movement screen plus a long conversation about your life, work, and what training has to fit around. No assumptions, no off-the-shelf plan.

Programming

A written programme built around your body, your goals, and the four-week cycle of your actual schedule. Updated every block, never copied.

Accountability

We train together on the platform or on a call. Between sessions, you have me in your pocket — form checks, session notes, weekly check-ins.

  • Movement Assessment
    60 min · one-time

    A complete movement and conditioning screen. You leave with a written report, a starting programme, and clarity on where to focus first.

  • Monthly Training Programme
    4 sessions / month · ongoing

    A bespoke monthly programme with four coached sessions and an updated plan every four weeks. Best for ambitious amateurs building a base.

  • Elite Performance Package
    8 sessions / month · ongoing

    Twice-weekly coached sessions, full programming, nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins. For athletes and executives at the top of their game.
