Sarah, in short.

I started my career as a consultant at McKinsey, working with leadership teams on the edge of change. I left because I was more interested in the people inside the change than the slide decks about it.

Since becoming an ICF Professional Certified Coach, I have worked with C-suite leaders, board directors, and high-potential VPs at companies across technology, financial services, healthcare and professional services. I am also certified in Hogan Assessments, which brings data and rigour to the conversations we have.
